We primarily use kiln-dried solid oak (Janka hardness 1360 lbf), solid birch (Janka hardness 830 lbf), and walnut with moisture content strictly controlled between 8% and 10%, backed by a 5-10 year structural warranty.

Our MOQ is 1 piece for standard designs. Through our 50,000 sqm Shanghai factory and 41-50 R&D specialists, we support full OEM/ODM customization across dimensions, wood tones (30+ finishes), upholstery fabrics, natural rattan, and hardware.

Can buyers inspect the showroom or factory before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We welcome global buyers to visit our 15,000 sqm exhibition showroom and 50,000 sqm factory in Fengxian District, Shanghai, China. We also provide HD video inspections, physical wood/fabric swatches, and pre-shipment QC photos.

What are your lead times, delivery terms, and main export markets?

Accepted Answer

Sample lead time is 15-30 days and standard production preparation is 20-30 days. Sea freight to North America and Europe takes 14-32 days from Shanghai Port. We support FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DDP, and DDU terms, exporting 60% to North America, 13% to Southeast Asia, and 10% to South America.
